What You'll Do: - Provide outpatient and surgical orthopedic care for adult patients
- Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians in a full-spectrum orthopedic practice
- Manage patient consultations, evaluations, and follow-ups
- Utilize onsite lab and x-ray facilities
- Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR
- Contribute to a Level I trauma center setting, offering complex case involvement
- Support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards
What You Need: - Valid Ohio medical license and board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in orthopedic practice
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate or reside within 40 miles of Ashtabula, OH
