Pay & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $800,000 $877,000 annually
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (benefit structure likely inclusive)

What You ll Do
  • Diagnose and treat neurosurgical conditions within inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Perform surgeries utilizing advanced neuro-navigation tools such as Globus Robot and Stryker systems
  • Manage urgent cases including ER call (7 days/month) with minimal in-person duties, reviewing images remotely
  • Collaborate with a team of neurosurgeons and experienced APPs in a Level 3 Trauma Facility
  • Build and expand an elective spine practice within an underserved community
  • Document effectively using EPIC EMR software
  • Engage in a flexible schedule balancing clinic, OR, and administrative tasks

What You Need
  • Valid medical license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one
  • Board certification or eligibility (within 5 years) from the American Board of Neurological Surgery
  • Strong team player with excellent surgical and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision for on-call duties
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a diverse, community-focused setting
