Pay & Benefits - Salary Range: $800,000 $877,000 annually

What You ll Do - Diagnose and treat neurosurgical conditions within inpatient and outpatient settings
- Perform surgeries utilizing advanced neuro-navigation tools such as Globus Robot and Stryker systems
- Manage urgent cases including ER call (7 days/month) with minimal in-person duties, reviewing images remotely
- Collaborate with a team of neurosurgeons and experienced APPs in a Level 3 Trauma Facility
- Build and expand an elective spine practice within an underserved community
- Document effectively using EPIC EMR software
- Engage in a flexible schedule balancing clinic, OR, and administrative tasks
What You Need - Valid medical license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one
- Board certification or eligibility (within 5 years) from the American Board of Neurological Surgery
- Strong team player with excellent surgical and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision for on-call duties
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a diverse, community-focused setting
