Manage patient care, participate in hospital duties, and support the organization's mission and values.Responsibilities:Patient Care: Diagnose, treat, document (SOAP format), and refer patients Review labs, x-rays, and referrals Develop treatment plans per protocols Supervise mid-level providers Participate in on-call and phone triage (every 3-5 months)Medical Records: Maintain accurate, timely documentation Complete and sign encounter formsTeamwork: Participate in peer review and quality initiatives Refer to support services as needed Attend staff/clinician meetings and daily huddlesExpectations: Punctual and reliable Flexible with extended hours Professional and collaborativeRequirements: Valid CA Physician License Current CPR/BLS certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong communication and commitment to care
