Locum Physician - Primary Care in Manasquan, NJ
Join a leading primary care practice in beautiful Manasquan, New Jersey. This locum position offers a dynamic working environment within a close-knit team of physicians dedicated to providing high-quality care. Set in a primary care office, the practice serves an adult and geriatric population with an emphasis on comprehensive health management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services in a busy clinic setting
- Manage an average of 3 patients per hour
- Perform required general procedures including EKG interpretation and evaluation of acute volume/BP issues
- Conduct adult outpatient care and necessary occupational medicine procedures
- Collaborate with a team of 5 physicians, with additional support from 1 mid-level provider
- Utilize Athena for documentation and electronic medical records
- Maintain emergency readiness with access to supplies such as a defibrillator
Qualifications:
- Active NJ State License (required)
- Board Certification preferred; Board Eligible will be considered
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
- Must reside within 45 minutes of the facility; local providers are preferred
- Submit a Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days at the time of presentation (required)
