Job description

  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP-Ongoing
  • Preferred Schedule: Monday-Thursday (7p-7a) 12-hour Shifts
    • Potential for 24hrs shifts and limited weekends
    • Avg 5-10 shifts per month
  • Worksite Setting: Inpatient Only
  • Scope of Work:
    • OB Hospitalist
    • Growing L&D service
    • Procedures required C/S, D& C, urgent gyn procedures, other emergency OBGYN procedures.
    • Avg 1200 deliveries/yr but are increasing about 10-12%/yr.
    • One generalist OBGYN attending physician and one resident OBGYN inhouse overnight
    • MIGS and GYN/ONC services cover their own patients overnight and weekends
    • GYN backup support is available for complex cases
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC OBG, Active CT license or IMLC with/LOQ
  • EMR: Epic
