What You ll Do: - Provide specialized rheumatology consultation and management within internal medicine practices
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with protocols
- Participate in team meetings to discuss complex cases
- Educate patients about disease management and treatment options
- Support continuous improvement through quality initiatives
What You Need: - MD or DO degree with valid Minnesota medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine and rheumatology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in internal medicine and rheumatology preferred
