Position Overview:

Hematology/Oncology Clinic in Fort Collins, Colorado is looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a dedicated, innovative team that focuses on providing world-class cancer care with a commitment to advancing treatments and clinical trials in a highly supportive, collaborative environment.


Job Description:

As a Hematology/Oncology Physician in Fort Collins, CO; the provider will be responsible for:

  • Daytime shifts with potential flexibility depending on scheduling needs.
  • Providing direct patient care for individuals with various types of cancer and hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
  • Working alongside a team of nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff to deliver disease-specific care.
  • Collaborating with nurse navigators and care managers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care for patients.
  • Staying at the forefront of innovative treatments and technologies in the field of oncology.
  • Utilizing EPIC EMR system to document and manage patient care across the healthcare system.
  • Participating in clinical research and applying new treatment methodologies.
  • Offering consultations, second opinions, and treatment plans for complex cancer cases.
  • Collaborating with a progressive team of clinicians to deliver the highest standard of patient care.
  • Minimal call responsibility, shared with a large team of other clinicians and hospitalists.

Submission Requirements:

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
  • Active CO License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) -
  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
