Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (highly competitive packages available; salary possibly in the range of $250k $290k/year)

What You ll Do
- Deliver anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to develop and implement anesthesia plans
- Manage anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence for 1-15 cases per day
- Provide anesthesia for various surgical procedures across multiple ORs
- Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including PALS requirements
What You Need
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
- Current Ohio CRNA certification and licensure
- PALS certification
- 1+ years neonatal/pediatric experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and manual dexterity skills
Preferred:
- Pediatric anesthesia experience (neonatal/pediatric)
