Job description

SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Minnesota. Coverage is needed May 1 and ongoing.

Qualifications:
  • Active license preferred
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA (AHA approved)
  • Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (Case logs required)
Job Summary:
  • Shift times: 3 providers: 7a-3p, 1 provider stays till 5:30p
  • Call Details (if applicable): once a week/ few weekends open
  • Case types (if applicable): Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, General, Ortho, ENT
  • EMR: EPIC
