  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP & Ongoing
  • Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm / Every 6th weekend on call from Fri 5p-Mon 8a
  • Worksite Setting: State Hospital
  • Scope of Work: Caseload of 35-45 patients.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX Lic / DEA / NPI / BLS
