We are seeking a General Dentist Locum for a rewarding assignment in a public health setting, serving a diverse patient population with strong clinical support.
Start Date: June 1st or as soon as credentialed
Duration: 14 weeks to start, with strong potential for extension
Practice Details:
- Dedicated support team: 2 Dental Assistants + 2 Hygienists
- Provider will work out of 2 operatories
- patients per day
- Scope includes: new patient exams, fillings, extractions, crown & bridge
- Root canals optional (can refer out if preferred)
Schedule:
- Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Option for 4 5 days per week

Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in Oregon Medicaid
