  • Work Dates Needed: July 8-10, 15-20, ongoing opportunity
  • Preferred Schedule: M, T, TH, F 9a-5p Wed 1p-5p
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient
  • Scope of Work: Avg 25 patients per clinic day, approx. 7 deliveries a week
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC, Active UT license; Active UT DEA
  • EMR: Medhost
