Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Fri-Sun Nights
Job Details:
- Provide anesthesia coverage on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Must be available to work all 3 days during the weekend, 2-3 weekends per month, no overtime
- Medically directed model at a 1:3 ratio (maximum 1:4)
- Full-time coverage needed per month
- Patient population includes all ages
- Work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to deliver high quality, patient-centered care across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas
- Must be able to perform cardiac, OB, and Peds cases for night shifts
- Special procedures include Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, NORA locations, OB/GYN, General, GI, Peds, Plastics, Ortho, and Robotics
- CRNAs perform epidurals without a doctor present; blocks are not performed by CRNAs
- Skills required: GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and ultrasound techniques
- EMR system: Epic
- 593-bed hospital with Level I Trauma designation
- Board Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist required
- Active PA license required
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
