What You ll Do
  • Provide anesthesia care for 50-60 surgical cases daily across various pediatric and adult cases
  • Supervise CRNAs within a collaborative team environment
  • Assure patient safety and comfort from neonatal to adult ages in a busy hospital setting
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other OR staff in a Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Maintain high standards of safety, documentation, and procedural excellence
  • Adapt quickly to the fast-paced operative environment, ensuring efficient case turnover

What You Need
  • Ohio medical license, DEA, CSR, and Life Certifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of anesthesia experience, ideally with pediatric cases
  • Ability to supervise CRNAs and work independently when needed
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
