What You ll Do - Provide anesthesia care for 50-60 surgical cases daily across various pediatric and adult cases
- Supervise CRNAs within a collaborative team environment
- Assure patient safety and comfort from neonatal to adult ages in a busy hospital setting
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other OR staff in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Maintain high standards of safety, documentation, and procedural excellence
- Adapt quickly to the fast-paced operative environment, ensuring efficient case turnover
What You Need - Ohio medical license, DEA, CSR, and Life Certifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of anesthesia experience, ideally with pediatric cases
- Ability to supervise CRNAs and work independently when needed
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
