Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay: $285/hr (all inclusive)
  • On-Call Compensation: $30/hr for on-call hours + additional for callbacks
  • Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit

What You ll Do
  • Provide specialized urological care in a busy clinic setting
  • Perform scheduled procedures on assigned days in the operating room
  • Manage patient emergencies during on-call periods, including weekends
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow-up care
  • Support in fulfilling departmental clinical and operational needs
What You Need
Required:
  • Unencumbered MD/DO license in any U.S. state
  • Successful completion of Urology Residency from an accredited program
  • DEA license
  • AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to pass government background checks

Preferred:
  • Prior experience in a hospital or clinical urology setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
