What You'll Do Lead and manage lightning protection installation projects from start to finish Coordinate with GCs, engineers, and trades to keep projects running smoothly Own project schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractor performance Be hands-on in the field - ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way Review drawings, submittals, and as-built documentation with confidence Drive project success by identifying risks early and solving problems proactively Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Champion a safety-first culture - you have full authority to stop work if something isn't right What You Bring 3+ years of construction project management experience (electrical or lightning protection preferred) Strong knowledge of NFPA 780, UL 96A, grounding, and bonding practices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs Experience managing multiple projects and crews at once Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA 30 certification (required) LPI or UL certifications are a plus What You Get Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Company vehicle + full travel package (per diem, hotels, mileage, and more) Zero-Harm Safety Culture-safety is our top priority Ongoing training and real career growth opportunities Employee incentive programs Company swag + team events Ready to Take the Next Step?
