What You ll Do: - Provide anesthesia care across general surgical cases for adult and pediatric patients
- Conduct neurosurgical procedures, managing neurological status pre- and post-op
- Perform spinal and infiltration anesthesia as required
- Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory functions in the operating room
- Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a hospital setting
- Document all procedures accurately using Epic EMR
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols and standards
- Respond to intraoperative emergencies, including airway management and intubation
- Contribute to a daily volume of approximately 50 surgical cases in a team-oriented environment
What You Need: - Valid RN and CRNA certifications
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Prior anesthesia experience, preferably with neurosurgical or spinal cases
- Ability to work independently under supervision in a hospital setting
Preferred: - Experience working in trauma centers or surgical environments
- Previous use of Epic EMR or similar documentation systems
