What You ll Do
- Administer anesthesia for general surgical cases involving adult and geriatric patients
- Provide anesthesia care in a Level III trauma hospital setting
- Collaborate with OR staff, including RNs and surgical techs, to ensure patient safety
- Support supervised CRNA practice under hospital protocols
- Manage anesthesia for diverse surgical procedures in multiple operating rooms
- Maintain adherence to safety and regulatory standards
What You Need
- Valid Michigan RN and CRNA licenses
- Certification in BLS; ACLS preferred
- At least 1 year of anesthesia experience in a hospital environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently within supervised practice model
