Position Highlights
- 100% inpatient psychiatry no outpatient responsibilities
- Night and weekend shift coverage; well-suited as a supplemental income opportunity alongside a full-time position
- Large inpatient footprint: 86-bed adult unit at MetroWest Medical Center (Natick) and 12-bed adult unit at Saint Vincent Hospital (Worcester)
- Full behavioral health continuum on-site, including a 17-bed child/adolescent unit and 24-bed geriatric neuropsychiatric unit
- Hospital-employed position within Tenet Healthcare
- Collaborative, team-based model with supportive administration and established clinical staff

Candidate Requirements
- Board certification in Psychiatry (ABIM)
- Clear credentialing history and consistent, comparable work experience
