Pay & Benefits - Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (disclosed pay package discussed upon application)

What You ll Do - Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions
- Perform patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans under supervision
- Assist surgeons during orthopedic procedures
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient management
- Educate patients and families on conditions and recovery expectations
- Perform orthopedic procedures such as joint injections and office-based interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
- Participate in rotational call coverage
- Support quality improvement initiatives and hospital policies
What You Need - Valid Physician Assistant (PA-C) license
- Minimum 1 year of orthopedic or surgical clinical experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in clinical environment
- Close and color vision, focus adjustment abilities
- No visa candidates or new grads with less than 1-year experience included; candidates working multiple positions not considered
