Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do
  • Deliver anesthesia care for various inpatient surgeries, including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC cases
  • Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
  • Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
  • Administer anesthetics and monitor patients throughout procedures
  • Respond swiftly to patient emergencies in a hospital setting
  • Document care accurately in Epic EMR
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What You Need
  • Required:
    • Current NBCRNA certification
    • Michigan state license (fully licensed, no pending applications)
    • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
    • 2+ years of CRNA experience (not accepting new graduates)
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in a Level 1 trauma center or similar high-acuity environment
