What You ll Do
- Deliver anesthesia care for various inpatient surgeries, including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC cases
- Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
- Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
- Administer anesthetics and monitor patients throughout procedures
- Respond swiftly to patient emergencies in a hospital setting
- Document care accurately in Epic EMR
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What You Need
- Required:
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Michigan state license (fully licensed, no pending applications)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- 2+ years of CRNA experience (not accepting new graduates)
- Preferred:
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center or similar high-acuity environment
